This is an event for the whole community, organised by the Christchurch Vegetarian Centre, in celebration of World Vegetarian Day (October 1st) and World Animal Day (October 4th).
There will be stalls, shopping, workshops, cookery demonstrations (also suitable for gluten free), a kids zone and bouncy castle, veg sausage sizzle, DJ and string quartet music, and lots of great veg food. Go to the Christchurch Vegetarian Expo website for programmes and more details.
All welcome. Entry $2.50; children 12 and under, free. Our venue is the Horticultural Hall on Riccarton Avenue opposite the hospital, in Hagley Park. Free parking available.
