Come along and hear Dr Anne-Louise Heath (Senior Lecturer, Department of Human Nutrition) and Christina Keys (Canadian Registered Holistic Nutritionist) talk about vegan and vegetarian nutrition. Format will be brief talks from these nutrition experts followed by 20-30 minutes for questions.
