The days when vegetarian cooking meant a boring nut roast are long gone. This course will teach you how to cook delicious easy to prepare meals which are inexpensive and packed with flavour. If you want to save money on your weekly shopping bill this is the class for you. All ingredients supplied. Shared dinner at the end of the evening or you can bring a container to take food home for your family to try. You don’t have to be a vegetarian but you will go home wondering why you need to eat a lot of meat!!
