Cashew Cheese



  • 1 cup Cashew pieces
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup yeast flakes
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup red capsicum, chopped


  1. Blend cashews, sesame seeds and water first, then add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Ready to use on pizza or lasagna or can bake in oven for 45 minutes on 180*C for ‘cheese’.
