Cashew Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashew pieces
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ cup yeast flakes
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup red capsicum, chopped
Method
- Blend cashews, sesame seeds and water first, then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Ready to use on pizza or lasagna or can bake in oven for 45 minutes on 180*C for ‘cheese’.
