Sunflower Seed Patties
- 2½ cups Water
- 1 medium onion
- 3-5 T Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- ¼ cup Oil
- 2 cups Oatmeal
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- Bring first 6 ingredients to boil in a pot.
- Mix in oatmeal and sunflower seeds.
- Let stand till liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes. Stir lightly to mix.
- Form into patties and fry in pan or bake in oven at 180*C for 15 minutes each side.
