Baked Tofu

 

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth or water
  • 2 tsp honey / liquid sweetner
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp fresh grated ginger / ginger powder
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. Cut tofu into 4 – 6 equal pieces and place into baking dish.
  2. Whisk other ingredients and pour over top.
  3. Bake uncovered 200 C for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with steamed vegetables and cooked grains
