“Go vegan for Lent” Challenge
Anyone who wants to try out a fully plant based diet!
I just wanted to let you know that a group of people are taking up the – ‘Go vegan for Lent’ challenge. This is not religious, just that it covers roughly the Lenten period of 40 days. We are starting the group off on Saturday 8th March and running it through to 16th April.
Basically, you will have information provided on how to go vegan and stay vegan and contact with me as a mentor. There are several social opportunities over this time to meet and be with other vegans, also to try out vegan dishes.
You will also be networked into the group and able to exchange information on how things are going for you.
If you are interested in getting involved with this, please email me and I will send you further details.
I look forward to hearing from you,

About Sukhvinder Bindra
By 22, Sukhvinder found himself senior partner in his own CA firm with 40 staff reporting to him. By his mid-20s, he was an entrepreneur and CEO of a multimillion dollar restaurant franchise in 45 branches throughout the UK.
A surprising meeting with world-renowned humanitarian leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of Art of Living, changed everything.
Deeply affected by Sri Sri’s vision of a violence-free, stress free society, for the next 15 years Sukhvinder travelled the globe bringing tangible, practical benefits to people’s lives across four continents.
Unconstrained by boundaries of class or culture, Sukhvinder’s work has spanned war-torn Africa, to co-designing the IAHV’s corporate stress elimination course (APEX), which today runs in Fortune500 companies such as Google, Microsoft, IBM, Coca Cola and Shell plus NASA, and the World Bank.
While Sukhvinder’s work regularly sees him meet Prime Ministers and other international dignitaries, one is immediately struck by how at home with anyone. He is an inspiring presence who was once given a standing ovation at the United Nations through his uncompromising stance on eradicating poverty.+6:00 pmLower Hutt – Free talk by international speaker and potluck @ Hutt Valley Tramping Hut

In most Indian restaurants, you get only North Indian dishes. This event is organised to introduce your taste buds to South Indian dishes.
