Break new ground and join acclaimed chef Kent Baddeley on a quest to find the perfect wine/food pairing for a series of exquisite vegetable centred dishes, delivered from the abundant fresh local produce of Hawke’s Bay. Kent’s unique style of agrarian cuisine is renowned for challenging the norm, and during this four course dining experience you will judge your own preferred match, and see how your palate stacks up against Kent’s & those of the winemakers at Moana Park. With a generous taster-style flight of six premium Moana Park wines per course, your taste buds will be given the ultimate challenge.  Vegetables are cool, too – Kent’s creations are proof of that.  Take the challenge and be a part of an experience like no other.

F.A.W.C! Summer Series runs October 31st-November 9th, giving you ten glorious days to whet your whistle and test your taste buds at over sixty events, set in truly stunning Hawke’s Bay locations. F.A.WC!’s sumptuous programme includes master classes, degustation dinners, mystery location lunches, vertical tastings, private chefs in homes and more, all with a collection of New Zealand’s finest food and wine talent.
