Curry paste

Freeze this curry paste and use whenever you want to make a curry.

Ingredients

1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup ground cumin
1/4 cup ground coriander
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground turmeric

  1. Place all ingredients ina bowl and stir until well combined.
