The University of Auckland – Participants needed
Are you familiar with meat substitutes (food products that are designed specifically to replicate the appearance and/or taste of animal meat. For example, plant-based sausages, plant-based burger patties, plant-based mince) and have been a vegetarian for at least a month? If so, it would be great to have you as a participant in the following research aimed at comparing the attitudes, perceptions, and expectations that different dietary groups have about meat substitutes.
By participating in the research, you will receive a $40 supermarket voucher. The focus group will be on Tuesday 2 March at 6.15 pm and will take place within the Auckland City Library. We kindly ask for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours(s) of your time.
