The University of Auckland – Participants needed
Are you familiar with meat substitutes (food products that are designed specifically to replicate the appearance and/or taste of animal meat. For example, plant-based sausages, plant-based burger patties, plant-based mince) and have been a vegetarian for at least a month? If so, it would be great to have you as a participant in the following research aimed at comparing the attitudes, perceptions, and expectations that different dietary groups have about meat substitutes.
By participating in the research, you will receive a $40 supermarket voucher. Focus groups will be scheduled at (only need to attend ONE):
- Sunday 6th Dec 3.45pm
- Wednesday 9th Dec 6.45pm
These will take place within a specified room at the Auckland Library, CBD and kindly ask for approximately 1 to 2 hour(s) of your time.
- Must be familiar with meat substitutes (see above for clarification).
- 18 years old or older.
- Has been a vegetarian for
at least a month.
- Vegetarian: An individual with a diet that does not include any animal flesh, such as meat, fish, or seafood.
