Flat wanted – Wellington

Victoria University student, Jonathan (aged 20) is looking for a household in Wellington with a spare bed available who would be willing to take in a lodger over the longer term.
He is very happy to help out with cooking, house maintenance, child-sitting or cleaning in exchange for my accommodation.
He is a very conscientious and tidy individual. He can also speak French and Spanish, he could teach his hosts if they are interested in learning! He would love to find a vegetarian household. Fairly central would be ideal. He is hoping to work/help out around the house in exchange for the lodging, and can give a hand with DIY projects too. Contact: Goodsonjd@gmail.com

House swap: Auckland – England

A vegan family of four looking for a rental within two hours of Auckland for two months next year between 1st Feb and the end of April 2016.

They would also consider a ‘house swap’ and can offer a luxurious 5 bed townhouse in Exeter, South West England. For more info please contact Steve on

Caretakers wanted – Raglan
1/04/2015
A lovely three bedroom home with garden and animals is available in Raglan (near the town) for house & pet sitting while the owner is away – 29th November 2015 to 19th January 2016.

The owners are vegan, so the pet sitters would need to commit to not cooking or having animal based foods in the house.

They have two cats and a chicken (rescued from the pot) in her own luxury house and enclosure, who would need feeding with food supplied.

They have an organic vege garden and fruit trees, depending on season, with food available to use. They can also pay costs for reasonable power, Internet use.

The house is not really suitable for small children as it is three levels and the back section is not fenced.
Their son (who is also vegan) lives up the road, and could be contacted with any concerns.
