Serving suggestions: add them to the dinner plate with rice or other whole grain; sandwiches with condiments, sprouts or green lettuce; an addition to wraps.
1 block firm tofu
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable broth or water
2 teaspoons date puree (soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes and blend)
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 ½ teaspoons fresh grated ginger / ginger powder
Black pepper to taste
