Creamy Spinach Dip

As an alternative, you could omit the beans and add a small pottle of sour cream.


1/2 cup salsa
1 and 1/2 cups cooked cannellini beans
3 – 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juuice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning eg Vegit / Massels

  1. Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Use as a dip with fresh veges or crackers.
