Leek Spring Onion Soup


Oil for cooking vegetables
1 onion diced
1 leek sliced
2 bunches of spring onions sliced
18 tablespoons of flour (3 per cup of water)
Vegetable stock
6 cups of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Mixed herbs to taste

  1. 1. Add oil to saucepan and sliced vegetables. Saute until soft.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. 3. Cook until thickened.
