Sausage Rolls


1 tin savoury lentils/vegetarian mince/beans
5 tablespoons flour
1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of tomato relish
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tablespoons of sundried tomatoes (optional)
1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
4 sheets pastry (New Way makes vegetarian pastry)

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. Mix all ingredients in food processor.
  3. Cut pastry sheets in half.
  4. Put filling down middle of pastry. Roll pastry around filling. Cut into four rolls.
  5. Put rolls onto oven tray and cook until pastry turns golden brown (about 15-20mins).

Makes 32 sausage rolls
