A smoothie is an excellent way to get some good nutrition in fast.

The range of smoothies are endless. Try different options until you find your favourite, or simply use what you have on hand.

 

Ingredients

Basic Ingredients:

Plant milk (soy, rice, almond, oat, coconut...) or coconut water or water
Banana
Fruit (fresh or tinned)

Optional Extras:

Vegan yoghurt
Soft tofu
Silverbeet/spinach
Ground flaxseed
Ground chia
Ground nuts (brazil for selenium)
Kelp
Plant-based protein powder
Cinnamon
Parsley
Weet-bix
Blackstrap Molasses

  1. Put everything into a blender, or use a stick blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
