A smoothie is an excellent way to get some good nutrition in fast.
The range of smoothies are endless. Try different options until you find your favourite, or simply use what you have on hand.
- 200 ml plant milk (soy, rice, almond, oat, coconut...) or coconut water or water
- Fruit (fresh, tinned or frozen)
- Vegan yoghurt
- Soft tofu
- Ground flaxseed
- Ground chia
- Ground nuts (brazil for selenium)
- Kelp powder
- Plant-based protein powder
- Blackstrap Molasses
- Put everything into a blender, or use a stick blender, and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
